Log in to a Library PC with your BPP username and password. Locate the document you required (via Office 365) or Hub etc. and then send to print using the PC print options e.g. File/Print or by clicking on the Printer icon. You do not need to visit the student print management website unless you need to add any credits or wish to check your transactions. *

When sending to print you should then have options to change any settings for your document (e.g. change to single sided or choose colour printing or other variations). In the printer field there should be a SecurePrint option (which is your personal print queue rather than a physical printer).

When you have sent the job to print, go to the printer closest to you and sign in to ‘release’ your print job/s. This means you can release the print jobs when you are ready, and your work will remain secure until you release it. Print jobs will time out and need to be re-sent if left unprinted for longer than 24 hours.

*Alternatively, if you wish to print through the web version you can click on the Papercut – Print Management shortcut located on the library PC desktop and go through the steps.
