1. You may be using an old bookmarked link or going directly via the OpenAthens login page. Please make sure you are using the Online Library links for these databases.

2. If you cannot get past a OnePass Profile login screen, this is a different issue. OnePass is a separate login created between you and Westlaw/Practical Law and allows for personalisation features within Thomson Reuters resources. Information regarding OnePass and their Customer Support is available here. Although you can ring their Customer Support on 0345 600 9355 and explain that you are a BPP student with a BPP email address they may nevertheless require a member of the library team to verify your active student status. If they are unable to reinstate your OnePass account for security reasons please contact the library as soon as you can so we can follow this up on your behalf.

3. If you are asked to enter a Client ID for Westlaw International (including the Economist and online newspapers), this can be anything. Please see this page for more information.
