1. You may be using an old bookmarked link or going directly via the OpenAthens login page. Please make sure you are using the Online Library links for Westlaw or Practical Law.

2. If you can't get past a OnePass Profile login screen, this is a different issue. OnePass is a separate login created between you and Westlaw/Practical Law and allows for personalisation features within Thomson Reuters resources. Information regarding OnePass and their Customer Support is available here. Alternatively you can ring their Customer Support on 0345 600 9355. Explain you are a BPP student with a BPP email address so they can check if your OnePass account is active/reset it etc.
