I have sent a document to print but it does not appear in the list of items to print. Where has it gone?

It maybe that the PC you're using has wrongly directed your job. Make sure the PC is sending print jobs to 'Secure Print'. If 'Secure Print' doesn't appear in the menu, you can search for it under 'Add a Printer'. A member of the library team is always happy to help when available.
