If you receive an OpenAthens error message saying ''Sorry, something went wrong trying to log in to [e.g. Ebsco Publishing, Inc.]'', it is probably because you are trying to use BPP library links whilst logged into your NHS OpenAthens account rather than your BPP account.

 

 

Please log out of your NHS account before trying our links again, using your BPP email address rather than NHS.

If that doesn't work, please clear the OpenAthens cookies stored in your browser and refresh the page before trying again, or try again using an incognito/inprivate window (or a different browser) instead.
