BTC students who use this book for their studies will have a copy of the current edition provided digitally via their VitalSource e-Book platform. This can be linked to from within the Hub wherever reading a chapter is recommended in workshops of the BTC Civil Litigation and Evidence module.
Separately, the library carries a few hard copies of the current edition on the library shelves. Please note the hard copy on the shelves will be the current edition, but the library has retained access to the previous digital edition for non BTC students who wish to view this title for a negotiation module, and may be working remotely/unable to borrow the current edition.
